This is one of the my house team’s all time favourite sales. We sold the property for the family as their Father was selling the home for the very first time. They had been there for almost half a century.
Because of the size of the block, the market conditions at the time & the overall sales strategy implemented, the first open house was more than 70 buyer groups attend. There would have been 150+ people in attendance. We received multiple offers and subsequently negotiated a sale price almost $50,000 over the asking price.
To say the selling family were happy is an understatement. And to add a lovely end to the story, the property was bought by a lovely young couple purchasing their first home.
